One of my colleagues has an Adobe Standard 2020 perpetual license on her old laptop. She recently received a new laptop, and we're trying to transfer the license to the new device in these steps:
1-Signed out of Adobe on the old PC.
2-Signed into Adobe on the new PC.
3-When prompted, we entered the license key—but it keeps asking for the key in a loop.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
