I've been trying to cancel my trail of Photoshop all weekend and it looks like I have two Adobe Id's but the trial doesn't appear under My Plans for either one. I've tried going through the help messenger a few times through both Id's but never recieved a reply. I've also tried merging the accounts with my Facebook account but no luck there either-afraid I'm going to miss my free cancellation window- any how-to cancel advice?

Julz36, sorry you are facing problems with the activation process. I am showing the membership is active, but we have never received a request from the current computer. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html for steps you can take to resolve the connection error.
