While trialling LR CC on iOS app and Mac OS, I changed my email address (adobe id) whereafter my trial period reset to 30 days for the iOS app, but ended on the MacOS app after logging in with the new id. I also tried uninstalling the LR CC Mac OS and reinstalling from the CC web portal with no success. The web portal shows the same number of remaining days as the iOS app, but MacOS shows expired. ...making it difficult to trial the benefits of CC’s synching between apps.
Is there any way to align the trial period between all apps?

You only get the trial you are first offered, you can't get it again, and if you make major changes - like your Adobe ID or the date on your computer, the trial ends. So that's it, I'm afraid.

I don’t understand. Firstly I have the option to change the email address in my original account during the trial period. There was no pre-warning that it would end the trial nor that it would treat the change in email as a new account. Secondly, the trial period for the iOS app and the web portal reset to 30 days for that new email, however not for the MacOS app, worse, it ended the trial for the original account. There’s clearly an inconsistancy in allowing the email to be changed and as a result I’m unable to test my workflow between application. So I have two Adobe accounts and no trial across all LR applications.
Making this response even more inconsistent is that I had earlier chatted with someone from Adobe and was told to use a third email to create yet a third adobe account to trial across all application.
Unfortunately, this and the variations in functionality between the LR mobile applications and MacOS application makes it difficult to change my workflow over the CC.
