So this happened after I updated Photoshop last night. I have two trials im currently using, Photoshop and Illustrator. Both trials still haven't finished yet. However Illustrator works perfectly fine when launched, its Photoshop thats causing trouble! As you can see in the picture, I should have 5 days left for the trial but the launcher says its expired.

How can I fix this?? This is the first time I downloaded the trials on this computer. Thanks!

Sorry for the inconvenience. You need to contact customer support on this. They may be able to extend the trial to the remaining days.

My understanding is that trial periods cannot be extended.

Understand why Adobe trial software expires or ends early

That may be, but there is a difference between what one and the other app inside of Adobe CC tells the user. And the real cause can only be determinated by Customer service. It may well be a bug or it may be a synchronization problem. But if the trial did start only 2 days ago, the user has still 5 days to go... In the other case, Adobe needs to explain why there are divergent information.

Anyhow, it would be interesting to get an update here.
