I am trying to download Photoshop using Creative Cloud Desktop (I've tried using the direct site and it just won't do anything at all). The first issue is when I start to download, it REALLY drags down my internet and makes using other devices while downloading, almost impossible. Ok, I can deal with this. Then as it's installing it just suddenly reaches a point and stops, but still says it's installing. First I figured it was because my screen was going to sleep which shouldn't matter but seemed to happen at the percentage it was at right before the screen went to sleep. So I disabled the sleep function and restarted my (SurfacePro 6) and began the install again. I went to bed as the install is extremely slow, and when I woke up in the morning it was just sitting at 44% still like it is freezing up during install. I do not get any error code, and the percentage that it gets to isn't always the same, just at SOME point it freezes and won't finish. Every time I have to cancel the install and restart my computer. uuugghhhh. Is there a way to just refresh instead of canceling the install? I don't see one anywhere, and F5 does nothing of course. Please don't reply with too much tech talk as I'm no IT professional. I've grown up with computers and I can get by, but I can't write code or anything too in-depth. Thank you in advance.
