Trouble getting on site

When I get the numbers of Adobe I put them in it tells me that they are the wrong numbers

Which Adobe product are you referring to?

Are the numbers you mention part of a product serial number?

are you trying to install an adobe product that requires a serial number?

if so, what product/version and what is the exact error message? (copying and pasting here a screen shot of that panel would be helpful.)

You may be entering a redemption code rather than a serial number (which is obtained with a redemption code).

It is also possible that you are using the wrong installation file for the serial number  (i.e.: a Student and Teacher serial number for a non-Student and Teacher installation file).
