Trouble with Adobe CC

Hello,

I've some trouble about the latest version of Adobe CC.
The machine becomes slow and crashes sometimes.
Here are the features of the PC:
HPZ240 Intel Workstation i7 7700 CPU 3.6 Ghz (8CPUs), RAM: 16GB

I've trouble working with Adobe Premiere Pro and After effect in this conditions.

Please what can I do?

before the crash, check your activity monitor to see what's consuming resources and what resources are being consumed.

Also , open Task Manager and check for the Memory and Processor Utilization . Also check for Windows 10 update as well.
