Trouble with Lightroom 4 Install on Mac

I am trying to install our version of Lightroom 4.4 on a Mac.  The download link will not allow me to install but says to contact customer support.  I read through the forums and the link says to contact support directly.  Could I get help with the correct download?

I am logged in and cookies are allowed.  The link just takes me back to where I began.
