I upgraded my Mac to Catalina, not knowing the issues my CS 5.5 would have. Now I can't get the 5.5 apps off my system. The Cleaner Tool shows there's nothing there, but my Applications folder shows that they are all still there. I've asked Help and they sent me here. I've already purchased the CC subscription, but would really like these apps off my hard drive. Help???
Thanks in advance!

That old version is LONG out of being supported by Adobe
If the cleaner tool does not see the programs to remove them, I can't tell you how to remove them

Find them in the Applications folder and Delete them. Look, SEARCH your system for .plist files associated with the CS 5.x programs and delete them.
Delete the Aliases associated with those programs and remove the icons froim the DOCK if any are still on the DOCK.

Manual removal is your only option now because the legacy uninstallers are 32-bit.
Another option for folks having trouble with Catalina, downgrade to Mojave.
