Unable to download creative cloud or related apps

Hello there,

I have tried to download creative cloud as well related programs (lightroom, photoshop) and keep getting the same problem: after signing in the installation process "loops". What I get is repeated windows opening, giving the same message "now you can start where you were". I have tried turning off virus protection and have enabled firewall access but without any success. I came across the same problem on all my devices (desktop, laptop and macbook). Any help appreciated.

Problem solved!

All I had to do was to change windows language to English from Greek (my native language). The solution was proposed to another community member who was having similar problems and was (like me) getting the 206 error
