Unable to login to Creative Cloud

Hello all

I have a license that every student receives through the school that enables us to use all Adobe Apps to their full extent. On my old laptop, it works perfectly, I can log into the Creative Cloud and all of my downloaded apps work and have been for years. I have just received a new Apple Macbook and have downloaded the license along with Creative Cloud, but when I go to sign into my account, it loads for a minute before returning to the log in page. This is urgent as nobody can seem to help and I need it for work.

Other things to note:

  • I myself do not have a membership, but the license provided enables each student with a trial account to reap the full benefits of Adobe (works on other laptop)
  • We are provided with a file that contains 'Adobe Serializaton', 'Helper Bin' 'Prov.xml' and 'Remove volume serial'
