Today I am getting "Unable to reach Adobe servers" error messages when I launch any Adobe app or Adobe Creative Cloud. There is nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi and everything is otherwise working. My Adobe Acrobat says I have 6 days till it expires. Are there server problems today? PC - Windows 7.

For Windows 7 read this
TLS 1.2 is now required to connect https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html
-http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
-on Windows be sure to do the EASYFIX.MSI in step 2 of the 1st link

Just so you know, Microsoft stopped supporting Win7 in January of 2020.

You are now 4 major release versions behind the latest OS (Win7, Win8, Win8.1, Win10, Win11).

Adobe expects customers to have modern equipment and software no more than 2 versions back.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
