Unable to register

I had to reinstall Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 because my computer died. When I re-install I am unable to activate. I get the message "Could not register your product at this time. Try again later". If I go into my account page Elements is showing with the correct Registration Code. Premiere Elements does not show on this page, but it was registed at the same time I purchased and installed years ago. It is also interesting to note that the information on the web site indicates that I am able to install on more than one machine, so I cannot figure wh I should be having this problem. Any clues?
