Unable to update Indesign CC to version 14

Hi,

I have InDesign 13 installed on my computer. My subscription is active. However Adobe Creative Cloud tells me that there is no update available for my InDesign app. I need to upgrade to version 14. Any ideas ?

Make sure you meet the minimum system and OS requirements for version 14.

It wont allow you to install if your OS is not compatible.

What are your specs? OS, computer, RAM, HD space, etc.

There was one, but I passed it. It is now 4.8.0.421

I turned off automatic updating because I was abroad. When I got home, I forgot to update for a while. Now i have also the new Indesign CC, but only for 7 days (trial). Help!

I contacted Adobe support and I was told that I need at least build 1803 of Windows 10 to have InDesign 14.
