Unable to update - Laos

Dear Adobe's team,

I am based in Laos, where there's no Adobe license/server, and it's a real challenge (pain) for me to be up-to-date with my apps. As for now, everything works fine on my desktop, so I can work; but I can't update, the Creative Clouds app is no longer working (stuck at 5%) and I just received a mail from Adobe that I have to update few software because of license (Premier, After Effect..). Sorry, cannot do. It happened before, please see below my references:

Case 1: 0189160680 | Case 2: 0189163707 | Case 3: 0189169109

To save us some time, this is due to my Lao internet access. When I first installed everything on my desktop, I was able to make it work at that time only because I had a temporary access to Thai internet. Now it's no longer the case and I'm stuck. FYI: I have CCs also installed on my laptop and when I travel (Thailand, France), I'm able to have everything rolling fine. But my desktop (workstation) is in Laos and I really would like to have these updates. Please?

Could you just send me the *exe? That'd be great

Looking forward for advice and with best regards,

Remy

Thanks Kglad; problem fixed.

However, the problem came from my internet; and Adobe Customer Service couldn't do a thing about it - even the Bomgar Support.

But thanks anyway 🙂
