Unable to upgrade Creative Cloud Plan (for Adobe XD)

I'm a freelance UX designer from Nigeria and I recently started working with XD. 

Good software, but I am unable to directly upgrade my Creative Cloud Plan (for Adobe XD) from my country, Nigeria.

Adobe customer service operators suggested I buy from resellers in my country, but there are no resellers in Nigeria. The links provided in the Adobe Partner Connection Portal are not useful. 

What can I do about this?

I checked out more than 10 links on the Adobe partner connection portal. 

I still need help.

I was finally able to buy a plan. 

Enjoying using XD, so far.
