Unable to upload photoshop on my macbook.!

• Unable to subscribe for Adobe Photoshop on my MacBook 
• Instead I took it for iPad
• The features I need for photoshop are in the desktop version but my card is not getting accepted for the MacBook version! 
• I would appreciate if I get the solution to get my adobe photoshop on MacBook
