Hi everyone,
I'm unable to use Premiere Rush once it's installed. I've come to the community forum as it seems Adobe has elminated the option to speak with and agent.
See the error code I'm getting. MSVCR110.dII
I've tried uninstalling reinstalling and compter restarts to no avail.

It turns out that I did not have the correct subscription for dektop hence the issue.
