Unable to view invoice for my Creative Cloud subscription

I have a Creative Cloud subscription serviced by Digital River. I would like to print taxable invoices for the payments made for last few months. After signing in to my account on Adobe, I click on "Manage Plan" and then on "Adobe Store" to view billing history as my subscription is serviced by Digital River. A new page opens with my plans listed. When I click on "view transaction history" link under the Creative Cloud plan, a popup window is displayed but it remains blank.

How can I get my taxable invoices? Is there an alternate way to view/print them?

after 'manage plan', it looks like you're clicking the wrong link - Print a copy of the invoice for your Adobe purchase

I beg to differ...

Since my subscription is served by "Digital River" (Adobe's e-commerce parther), I have to click on the "Adobe Store" link provided. Please check the article you have shared and search for "Digital River".
