Unauthorised payment question

New Here ,
May 08, 2019 May 08, 2019

Last year I had a subsidised subscription for Creative Cloud through my employer.

This year my employer has provided me with Creative Cloud through Adobe for Enterprise.

Thus I have no further need for the subsidised Creative Cloud subscription, so I let it lapse.

Yet on 1 May you charged me for a full subscription ($44AUD) through my Paypal account.

I have tried, without success, to email you, so I'm posting here instead. Can you please contact me privately to arrange a refund?

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe support.

You have to actually go online and cancel from your account portal

Adobe Account

Or  Contact Customer Care  directly.   NOTE:  Canceling an annual plan early usually incurs a 50% penalty fee.

Thanks Nancy,

The problem is that when I try to contact customer care directly I get this message:

"Please contact your administrator for help. A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help."

No-one at my organisation can help with an incorrect charge made by Adobe. Is there any way I can contact them directly, without going through my University login, which just redirects to the above error message?

Thanks for your help.
