I am attempting to uninstall Premiere Elements 10 on my Windows 10 system. I receive an error message exactly as described on this Adobe page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/error-uninstall-premiere-elements-10.html. The page includes instructions for a fix that includes a link to download a file named PEPE10uninstallFix.exe; however, clicking that link leads to a "404 Page not found" error. I'd like to locate that file or find an alternative solution, as I need the disk space.
I'm currently using Premiere Elements 15.
