uninstallation issue

my 2024 version of photoshop on creative cloud is not getting uninstalled cant see it on cretaive cloud but can see it in my control panel can someone help uninstalling it

1. did you use the cc desktop app to install ps?

2.  if so, did you change any cc desktop app settings since that install?
