Uninstalled older Adobe stuff - causes widespread problems with Mac - please help

In preparation for moving to creative cloud I made the mistake of uninstalling all adobe products on my computer. I used clean my mac, and this included lots of software definitely with the Adobe logo but I wasn't sure what all of it was.

I figured anything Abode needed would be reinstalled when I moved to Creative Cloud.

This has caused significant problems on my macos Mojave, and I'd really like to know how to fix it:

  • Lots of my user preferences on all kinds of problems was deleted
  • Amazon music HD no longer stores my password - asks each time
  • Computer no longer wakes from sleep
  • I got the "welcome to Mojave, take a tour" message even though. I've been on it for ages
  • I had to re-register a lot of my vst audio plugins.
  • It's like my personal user settings just disappeared, and I've no idea why.

I'd be so grateful for any ideas that might help.
