I have tried to delete/uninstall Creative Cloud with the Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud tool, but the app refuses to uninstall because there are "still elements that need Adobe Creative Cloud" on my computer apparently. I deleted all apps long tile ago and would really like to know how to trace those programs or files that need Adobe Creative Cloud so I can delete them and move on.
I have been trying to delete Creative Cloud for nearly I year now and I am absolutely infuriated by the fact that Adobe does everything in their power to avoid actually chatting with their clients and solve their issues.

Does your Mac user profile have full administrative level permissions to delete software?
Which operating system do you have? I ask because old 32-bit unistallers probably won't work on 64-bit Catalina or Big Sur. But the latest Adobe CC Cleaner Tool should get most of it off your system. Ideally though, old apps should be removed before upgrading the OS.
