I am running out of space on my C: drive and unable to update to newer versions of Lightroom Classic etc....I am thinking about uninstalling from the C: drive and reinstalling on my D: drive. My D: is just a partition on my internal hard disc.
Questions:
1 Is this possible and wise?
2 If so how do I go about it?
I am not very computer savvy!!
Thanks
Jim

yes, you can install all adobe apps (except the cc desktop app) on any compatible hard drive.
you would change install location by following https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/change-install-location.html

Personally, I would start moving your catalog and images off your primary HDD to the partition or an external to free up space before I moved the app off. Even though you can install the application on the partition, there are some shared files that will always be stored on your primary drive from the CC installations. Also the library files are likely much larger than the app itself and would free up much more space on your computer.
