Update 2019 fail - nothing works anymore

Hi all,

I week ago, I updated all most used CC apps to the most recent version (Ps, Id and Ai). However, since the updates, only Ps remained working fine. Id and Ai have completely stopped working. I can open the apps, but then the only thing I see is this (see first photo). Same with Illustrator.

When I want to create a new document by using Crtl + N, or just my clicking, I still wont see anything. Same for Illustrator again.

I am able to open documents, but then again I can not see half of the functions such as libraries, or pop-ups like the white bottom square in the photo.

Hopefullt somebody is able to help me! This is freaking me out. I really need my applications, but as for now I am not able to do anything other than using Photoshop.

Thanks for any tips!!

P.s: Yes, I have already tried installing older versions, but they don't seem to work like they used to anymore. All of it has completely stopped working.

Sorry to hear about your problems, but it may be that Adobe is innocent here. The culprit could be a Windows update. So please state the exact version of your Windows system.

Thanks for your reply. I have the most recent Windows 10 version. Windows 10, verison 1809. I do not know what that means.
