I'm getting this error when trying to update photoshop to v20.0.1

FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Current OS version 10.0.14393 doesn't satisfy OS requirements.

FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 190 error message

Update your version of Windows 10.

Photoshop CC 2019 is not supported on Windows 10 versions 1511 or 1607.

Windows 10.0.14393 is version 1607.

What Windows 10 version did you get the update to work? I've seen the same error on Windows 1607 but the update works on Windows 7.

I was on version 1607, and indeed it's not supported on that version.

browse to Download Windows 10  and click Update Now to download and run the Update Assistant, which begins the download and installation process immediately.

I'm now on version 1809
