Update Lightroom 4

Hi!

I still have an old version of Lightroom 4 (Version 4.0). I wanted to update this version, but this is not possible.

The link to Adobe Lightroom 4.4 Update leads to this page: https://www.adobe.com/de/downloads.html?notFoundID=null

I can only download the Creative Cloud there. An update from Lightroom 4.0 to 4.4 is not possible there. How can I get this update?

There is no email address to ask Adobe directly, so I ask the community now.

Try the link below. Scroll down the page and click contact us. It should be possible to start a chat session with an Adobe Agent to request the Lightroom 4.4.1 update.

Hi,

I just setup a new computer and want to reinstall the 4.4.1 update (win). But I only have the LR 4 DVD and no installable update files on my backup. I can't find it online anymore.

Any hints where I could get it?

Did anyone figure this out? I have the same, just had to re-install my laptop from scratch and no CD - and now cant seem to download 😞

I'll recommend to save the download files on an USB stick, hard drive or CD/DVD, but it isn't sure how long these links are available.

Apart from the fact - on my Adobe account - the license key is for the upgrade - it says please enter original key - Any clues?

Means you've entered an upgrade seraial number. You now need to enter the serial number from your earlier qualifying version - the version you upgraded from. Without it, your upgrade serial number will not be accepted.

You can try logging in to your Adobe account to find it.
