Update to Creative Cloud Desktop for Windows version 5.1.9.377 does not appear to have been installed. Adobe support cannot get it to install either. Suggestions welcome.

it was just released a few days ago and may take a few weeks to roll-out to all servers.

You can get the installer from https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/creative-cloud. Running the installer will update the Creative Cloud app.
