I am a mac user, with the latest Mojave updates installed on my computer. But, I cannot seem to download the latest update for creative cloud.

Everytime I attempt to, it stalls. The highest percentage of the installation has reached 33%.

I have removed all firewalls.

I have restarted my computer.

I also uninstalled creative cloud and then reinstalled it.

I have plugged my computer into the wall via ethernet cord.

Nothing has worked.

What is more frustrating, is that since creative cloud wont update, I cannot update or install any other adobe programs. Lightroom Classic cant update, and I cannot download photoshop.

I have been at this for 2 days now, and would really like to find a solution. Please help.

Macusermichelle, I am sorry to hear that you are facing problems updating the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application on the current computer.  Do you ever receive any specific error messages?  If not, then please check the install log for information on why the update is failing to apply. You can find details on how to review and interpret the install log at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.
