I "updated" Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC and now I only have a Tutorial version of Photoshop?? Anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks, but the steps did not resolve the problem.
Surely there is a simple fix to what is a colossal mess up on Adobe’s behalf?
Please let me know what can be done to fix this up.

Hi Bani,
I am still not able to access Photoshop CC - it has been around 3 months now that it has stopped working. I can access Lightroom CC (I also have an original copy of Lightroom 5 if that has any relevance). Could you please fix this and is it possible that my subscription can be extended to compensate for this error (my subscription expires in December).
