I used a 120GB SSD as C drive to house Windows, MS apps and Adobe CC and its apps. Upon CC updating, error occured as space is insufficient. I therefore tried relocating the apps to D or F drives which are free. However still getting the same error message everytime turning on the computer. Pl kindly offer assistance.

You may need to remove everything and start over... some parts must be on the system drive
-Install on non-boot drive https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/moving-ps-and-lr-classic-from-internal-hd-to-an-external-...

1. uninstall the adobe programs that you want to move (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html)
2. open the cc application, click file>preferences>apps>and change the install location (to a non-root folder on a local hard drive).
3. install the programs you wanted to move.

Actually both of you folks are very helpful. In fact your provision of a link to uninstall everything makes it fast and easy. Solved the problem from root. Great thanks!

It would be best to get a larger hard drive. You need free space on the C drive for system and temp files.
Windows updates will also continue to eat up some C drive space.
