Which operation system do you use?

Do you get an error message?

I would prefer a clean reinstallation:

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

Yeah this is great, not! How about helping those out with satellite internet and limited downloads. So far this has cost me nearly 10gb of retries of my 45 gb monthly limit. 😠

1ponders and Nintina55199114, if you want to implement a fix to whatever error is causing the installation to fail, then please update this discussion with the specific error message you receive, as suggested by Axel.

Being stuck at 43% provides no indication of what is causing the problem. If you are unsure what error you are encountering, then see  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html for information on how to locate the fatal error within the included log files.

Once an error has been identified, then troubleshooting steps related to the error can be implemented, so that you can reduce the need for downloading installation files again.

Removing all installed applications, and then download and reinstalling, is not likely to be successful if the specific error causing the failure is not addressed.

If you do not wish to take on the effort of looking for and correcting the error, then please download and run the CC Log Collector tool from http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html.  Once the log file is uploaded, then please contact our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html so that direct assistance can be provided to locate and resolve the error.

Adobe team  goes about asking you to reinstall  , this  issue of the downloads getting stuck  has been happening for quite some time now  and instead of fixing the problem at their end Adobe expects us to reinstall the softwre everytime there is an updte , isnt that a laugh
