Apologies in advanced if I'm posting this in the wrong section, or if this has been brough up before.
I currently have the Photography plan, but am looking to upgrade to the full Adobe Suite.
I have found a code which allows a discount when signing up, however when I begin the process a message appears stating: 'In order to upgrade to a Creative Cloud All Apps, we have to cancel your current Photography plan (20GB) (Annual plan, paid monthly) subscription.'
So my question is; in cancelling my current plan, will I lose the website that I've built in Adobe Portfoilio, or will it carry over to my new plan? And also, will I be penalised for cancelling the current Photography plan? (I believe I only have about a month before it's due to renew anyway).
Any help of advice on this matter will be gratefully received.
Thanks
You need to contact Customer Care. Technically, you must cancel your current plan before you take out another one. And because the Photography Plan is annual, you will incur a 50% early termination fee if you cancel before the 12th month unless you can persuade the Adobe agent to waive that fee for you.
