Hi,

I have tried numerous times to upgrade my package from the current Photography Plan (20Gb) to the newly discounted Cyber Monday special offer for the 'All Apps' package (circa £30 pcm).

I can see logically were to do this, I go via my Account, to Manage Plans, to Upgrade / Change Plan, and the select what I want. It registers the request and notifies me that I will get a partial rebate of my existing package. I click Confirm and it just comes up with a box stating that this cannot be done at this time and that I should retry later... this has been the case for 3 days!

I then went on to contact Customer Services, clicked it was an account query, that it was relating to Upgrades, and that I wanted to contact  someone (not be sent to the FAQs), so it opens a menu at the bottom stating my 'Contact Options' and asking me to select one... but the box is blank!

It seems I cannot upgrade, and I cannot get through to Customer Services either, what is going on??

I do not want this offer to expire and I am abroad at the moment so this is not helpful. I get back on Friday (30th) but this is when the promotional price finishes, and there is no guarantee it will work from my home PC either.

Any help or support from Adobe would be much appreciated!

King regards,

Pete

Hi there,

I apologize for the poor experience. It seems to be an issue with upgrade plan on the website.

Could you provide a screenshot of the error and I will investigate further. Regarding the promo pricing, I have sent you a private message, kindly check the same.
