Use of CC Apps on a ship at sea

I am out on cruise ship.  Sometimes internet works but more often then not it does not.  How can I use LR and PS from my creative cloud account when the ship's internet is not allowing a connection with Adobe Servers?

you only need to connect once every 30 days with a monthly subscription (and less frequently with an annual) to use adobe programs and you can even extend beyond that period if needed.

It's about 90 days for an annual subscription.
