used to have free trial but now bought the full version but won't let me use it

So I got the free trial about a year ago and haven't touched it since. I am in a graphic design program right now where I have to download it again (the whole subscription). So i bought the student one and it still says my only plan is the free trial. I already bought the other one and it only pops up in "orders". It won't let me download it onto my computer or even access the software i just bought. Any comments or answers would help greatly!

Hi Anna,

I see you have an active Creative Cloud subscription under the same ID as with forums. Please make sure you are signed in with correct Adobe ID.

For the trial error, please refer to the steps shared in the link:  Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

You may also Contact Customer Care for further help and support.
