Can a used Adobe Creative Suite disk be used again on a different account?

Which version of Creative Suite? CS, CS2, CS3 can no longer be activated at all. CS4-CS6 could be installed by a different account PROVIDED the necessary request for transfer is sent to Adobe. If you didn't deactivate on the old account you may have other issues.

Which version of Creative Suite?

CS1, CS2, CS3 and CS4 are dead.  There is no possible way to activate them anymore because the servers are gone. 

CS5 & CS6 are on life support and will work on only a handful of computers now.

Which platform was it for -- Windows or Mac?

Legacy Creative Suite installers won't work on Mac Sierra - Mojave without special workarounds.  

CS6 won't run much less install on modern Catalina or Big Sur. 

What type of license was it sold under -- individual, student/teacher or volume license? 

NOTE:  Student/teacher & volume licenses are not transferable.

Creative Suite is discontinued & unsupported.  It's no longer legally sold by any vendor, retailer or country.
