Using Premiere on 2 devices

New Here ,
Feb 02, 2025 Feb 02, 2025

I use Premiere Pro on 2 devices (mac laptop and windows PC), but never at the same time. I keep getting a notification that it seems like more than 1 individual is using my account, and every now and then I am asked to change my password. This is frustrating as it is just me who is using this account. Any solution?

Hi NathalieGM!

Thank you for reaching out. Could you try to sign out and get back into your Adobe account? This will ensure that your account is only active on your current devices.

Hope this helps.
