validar illustrator

Buenas tardes

Tengo que formatear un pc donde se encuentra instalada una versión de illustrator, pero no tengo el adobe id, que puedo hacer para obtener el serial y poderlo instalar de nuevo cuando formatee el pc ?

Jorge,

You really need the serial number.

If it has been registered (optional up to CS4 and part of activation from CS5 on), you may find it here under your (then) Adobe ID, under Your Products:

If it is CS2 or CS3, you will need to download new versions and serial numbers, see below; for later versions, you can use what you (may) have or download, see below:

For CS2 and CS3, there is no longer an activation over the internet. And you have to start anew with a new serial number as follows:

Note: If you have the CS2 Premium Suite version, you will have to download the Standard, and then download Acrobat and GoLive separately under their own replacement serial numbers.

Muchas gracias por la respuesta, mi versión es cs5, pero en el link que me das me piden el numero de serie que es precisamente el que no tengo.

The serial number is either on the box you bought or in an e-mail when you bought an electronic version (although I'm not sure if that was pssobile with CS5)

If you have registered your product then the serial number can be retrieved from your Creative Cloud account.

But other than that, nobody but you has your serial number.
