check compatibility, specs - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).
2. for versions cc 2019 and older, use prodesigntools.com*.
3. for versions newer than cc 2019 but older than one previous version, contact adobe support for links.**

* most (but not all) adobe download links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html
follow the directions (esp, step 1)
save the install file. it may not remain online.
thank jim @ prodesigntools.com

** there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam,

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and ensure you have an active subscription. Go to "File > Preferences > Apps" and check the option to "Show older apps" at the bottom of the panel. The available previous versions of the apps will be revealed. Select the desired version and click "Install" to install it using the Creative Cloud desktop app. For versions CC 2019 and older, you can visit prodesigntools.com to access Adobe's direct download links. Follow the instructions provided on the website to save the installation files. If you need a version newer than CC 2019 but older than the previous version, it's recommended to contact Adobe support through chat or Twitter for the appropriate download links. For Adobe support: Chat: Use a browser that allows popups and cookies, then go to this page: Adobe Contact. In the chat field (lower right), type "AGENT" and wait patiently to be connected to a human representative. Twitter: Tweet to @AdobeCare. Mybkexperience

I don't think you will find a version that will run well, if at all, with those specifications.

Hey John,
We appreciate you writing in. Version CS6 for any Adobe application is not available for download anymore.
We only support the recent two versions of the Creative cloud apps.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
