I cancelled my creative cloud plan today, but for some reason, even though my payment falls under the first 14 days of my billing cycle, Adobe just refuses to refund my $20. Has anyone else had this issue before recently? I definitely saw some forum posts about it earlier when I searched.
I had to cancel my plan because I was put off of my former job, and paying for a creative cloud subscription directly takes food off of my family's table. Charging me $20 for one day of this month of my former subscription directly takes food off of my family's table. I would be more than happy to renew my membership when I can afford it, but after being refused a refund ONE DAY into my "14 day refund period" I am not so inclined.
I really think that if they outline in their refund terms that you can cancel money back in the first 14 days of your cycle, that you should be able to receive said refund. Kinda crazy, I have never before encountered a company with such an inconsistent view of what they put on their pages, to what their support says and what actually happens.
Definitely not recommending Adobe products in the future to anybody, especially with the new alternatives that provide the same quality, with a much better attitude towards valuing customers over money.
Cheers Adobe, enjoy the $20! Hope it's worth losing a customer over.

Was this a new user subscription (first 14 days ever?) This is not a general rule for each billing cycle.

Hi
Here are the subscription terms from Adobe’s webpage. You didn’t say if you had committed to an annual plan, paid monthly or had a monthly plan, or, as TSN asked, the first 14 days of a new subscription.
