very slow download speeds

Download speeds for Adobe Creative Cloud extremely slow. Running about 8mbps. I plugged in an iphone to my macbook pro, it updated at 400mbps while Adobe was running. When iphone completed its update, Adobe resumed at 8mbps. What do I do to get reasonable speeds from Adobe Creative Cloud updates?

I have AT&T Fiber 1000mbps service. I am plugged into ethernet (not wifi).

 the problem is on your end, not adobe's though you're not the only person with this problem.
