Waiting for Feature Activation - stuck not loading

I purchased Premium Adobe on the App for IOS but it’s stuck at the “Purchase complete.  Waiting for activation.”  It’s been stuck there for hours.  

I tried restarting the tablet.

I tried logging off and logging back in.

I tried unsubscribing and resubscibing.  

I tried logging in under a new account and subscribing (it wouldn’t let me as I’d already subscibed, even though it was cancelled under the previous account)

I tried reactivating the purchase.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I tried calling customer support, they’re not open.

 

Feeling very frustrated.  Can anyone advise how to resolve this issue?
