I also want to cancel my plan I had no idea there was an annual plan, as I was wanting to look at the trial to see if I wanted it - the trial program has not been installed and now you are charging me!!! I am unemployed and live on welfare, so this is beyond ridiculous that you have NO customer service for me to speak to.
The link given above does not allow me to cancel. Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect! There should be options allowing me to do this like Amazon do, and this is a massive failure on your part - not happy with Adobe.
