welcome to creative cloud

Dear Adobe Associate, see attached. This page does not make sense. Why not provide a link to the CC desktop application right here under #1 ? Obviously upon subscribing the CS6 (and below) folks don't have that. And the "Open the Creative Cloud app" button is rendered useless. Everything works great from the email confirmation I received. But if this page is not functional.... just tell folks that they will get everything they need within the forthcoming email confirmation.

The link Sheena posted actually has a link to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and an explanation on how to download and install the Apps you desire to use: Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop

This link also explains how to install: Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps and may be helpful to you.

Hi Brain,

After accepting the invite you see the option to 'Open the Creative Cloud app' because you already have the Adobe CC desktop app on your machine.

In case you still need the link to download the Adobe CC desktop app, you may refer to the help document below:

Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop

Please let us know in case of any other issues.

Regards,

Sheena

Even after accepting the invite, which I don't recall, it did not download any apps for me. The CC desktop app does not exist on my machine. After making my payment online, the welcome page loads and tells me I have a CC desktop app on my machine. That is not the case since I have never been a CC subscriber.

Thanks

Brian
