Today I was forced into updating my CC programs and after the update, my after effects folder was emptied and my Premiere Pro custom workspace is missing. I should never be forced into an update just because I wanted to install a font and wasn't allowed to before updating. Customer service is horrible. A chat rep suggested I restore my custom workspace from the adobe folder in the recycle bin, but then couldn't tell me how that is done. No one could adequately tell me why Adobe was throwing things in the recycle bin without my permission. Then I was told to restore the folder from the recycle bin, and that did nothing. And after everything failed, I was repeatedly asked for remote control permission. My god! Does Adobe have no shame whatsoever?
