What if my University disabled my school email?

Hi! I am planning to subscribe to Adobe CC student plan. I have a question first, my email ends with @neu.edu.ph (the domain of my university, and I recently graduated from the University where I took my course) what if I used that email to purchase a Adobe CC Student plan and my school deactivated that email, will it affect my subscription? The individual plan is too expensive for me and I really want an Adobe CC plan since it really benefits me when it comes to designing (I am planning to apply for a homebase graphi designer position)

Also note, some of the alumni who graduated like 2 years ago still uses their email.

You must prove your education status to be able to buy the education subscription, so simply having an edu email address is not, as far as I know, proof

Im kinda confused here. Here it says that if I provide a school-issued email (which I have, I am instantly verified)

You said you have graduated, so I don't think you qualify

Hi

You have graduated and are not a student, so you do not qualify.

There is an example of the verification form here:

Renewal of educational student discount

If you want to work as a home-base graphic designer, this is an investment that will pay off as soon as you get that job — best of luck!

Thanks Jane-e!

Yes, hopefully I get hired to the companies that I've applied to.

If that school qualifies you should qualify with your e-mail. If you graduated, however, you do not qualify anymore. It may be that Adobe asks additional certification and your account can get suspended in case of not matching the required conditions.

The e-mail address you use to join should be your permanent primary e-mail  where you receive all communications from Adobe regarding your account.   Giving Adobe a temporary e-mail address is no good.

Technically, you must be able to prove current enrollment.  Adobe can ask you to provide a  report card, transcript, tuition bill, etc...  If you can't do that, you don't meet the requirements.

The e-mail address from an University qualifies as proof of eligibility. So it is wise to use that as long as you are student. However, you should have a permanent address and switch your account to that before the original e-mail attached to the Adobe id get's suspended. I think it is even possible to change the e-mail afterwards.

As of my knowledge there is a one year complimentary student subscription after graduating offered by Adobe. Don't nail me down on this, however, if Adobe policy has changed in the meantime.
