In the US it is about $21 per month for an annual plan (that is, you commit to pay for a year at a time, so it is about $250 per year, but paid over the year) or about $31 for a monthly plan (which you can cancel without a penalty). The All Apps plan is a huge bargain - you get all apps for less than the cost of 3 normal apps.
