What is in the abonement from 19 €/mount , is photosop included, I see only an installer Lightroom?

You need the Photography Plan that included both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic and 20GBs of Cloud storage.

You do not need to install Lightroom if you don't want it but, and this is a BIG BUT, if you subscribe to ONLY Photoshop it cost you $19.99 (US) a month and if you subscribe to the Photography plan it is only $9.99 (US) a month. $10 cheaper than just Photoshop alone.

Check the main Adobe webpage, Adobe.com, and then Manage Account to see exactly what subscription plan you have.
